Our homes follow the same building codes as site-built homes and meet Z240 building code requirements. The factory-controlled environment eliminates weather delays, prevents moisture damage, and ensures precision workmanship at every stage.

Once your design and financing are finalized, most modular homes can be built, inspected, and delivered within 8 to 16 weeks, depending on customization, site prep, and location.
